PioneerPixel grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our 3D diagnostic toolkit and automated pipeline features. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not modify the source software, attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any architectural layer, or use the assets for any commercial purpose without explicit authorization.

3. User Data & 3D Asset Uploads

Users maintain full ownership and intellectual property rights over any 3D assets, meshes, or files uploaded to the platform. PioneerPixel operates on a read-only architectural layer to process diagnostic metrics. We do not store, distribute, or claim any rights to your proprietary 3D models outside the scope of executing the requested automated smart checks.

4. Disclaimer & Limitations

The services on PioneerPixel are provided on an 'as is' basis. PioneerPixel makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

By continuing to use the platform after modifications are published, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
